When you login to SC, you will see this image on the top right. It says “send products direct from China to Amazon warehouse”. The page is in Japanese, so use google translate. They are showing services from the big 2 national transport companies, Sagawa and Yamato(black cat logo).
I’ve never sent direct, so please give it a go and report back. However, I’ve been using these companies for over 15 years for my other Japanese ecommerce business. If the shipping prices are similar, use Sagawa. In my experience they are way better. The drivers get paid more and literally run the whole time. The trucks are bigger, and they process shipments faster.
