Customers not reading is not really anything new, but I thought I’d mention it’s the same in Japan. My new product has only been live for just over 2 weeks and I’ve already had 9 returns. That’s 4.5%! Every single one is because they bought the wrong one. 3 emailed me to tell me that. Found out the rest from asking seller support. I’ve updated my images (2nd one) to state clearly what they are buying. As they clearly are not reading the title, bullet points and Aplus content!

For international sellers, refunds are costly, so I’d recommend using the 2nd image to make it clear, if it’s possible to make a mistake.

** edit **
I’ll add that I’m currently manufacturing the product people are making a mistake buying. It’s the safest way to stop mistakes. I’ll put it on the same listing as a variation.
