This only applies to local japan sellers who use the Amazon preferred shipping – the post office. You should use them as they are way cheaper, but there is a box size limit of 170cm for all 3 dimensions together. I always try to get close to this size.

Here is the warning! A few days ago I sent one box that had another box on top as a lid, to increase the size. The box was structurally very sturdy, and could be opened easily. The post office had no problem transporting it to the Amzn fulfillment center. And then nothing…
No errors in SC, but no products being fulfilled. After 3 days I phoned support, and found out that the box was being sent back.

You aren’t allowed to change a box. So the transport company will deliver it, but the company who just needs to open it and throw it away, won’t!
I don’t understand…
Just won’t do that again.
